How To Make Cireng Super Tasty and Crunchy

Cireng is a snack that comes from the Sunda region that is made by frying dough mix made from prime starch or tapioca.

Ingredients :

  1. 7 tablespoons tapioca flour or starch
  2. 2 tablespoons flour
  3. 1 tsp salt
  4. 1 tsp chicken bouillon powder
  5. 1 tsp pepper or pepper powder

  8. 1 leek
  9. Right amount of oil


  1. First prepare all of the required materials.
